Taynee Lord releases new single ‘Love Hard’

Love Hard is the new single from Taynee Lord, an artist we interviewed at Belles and Gals back in 2020. This new song has a slightly different sound from her previous releases and sees Taynee hitting the ground running in 2023. The song is about flaws and owning them in a positive way, Taynee stating that while she knows she has flaws, she still manages to ‘Love Hard‘.

The song has a real classic country vibe from the start, with Taynee’s made for the genre vocals taking centre stage from the start. Her voice has a fantastic mix of a great and clear tone, that slight twang that underlines the country sound with a hint of attitude that adds a level of confidence to the sound. That confidence really comes through in the lyrics – with a song having a ‘this is me, take me as I am‘ vibe to it. The song is perfect for audience interaction in the live arena, as you can clearly see the crowd clapping along as the song builds in the second half.

A social media campaign has been launched inviting people to get involved by posting videos or photos of themselves and explaining what their flaws are and using #ownyourflaws as a way to mark the single release!
