Corey Feldman dismissed rumors suggesting he had friction with his “Dancing With the Stars” partner, Jenna Johnson.

Feldman addressed these rumors in a comment on Johnson’s Instagram post on Wednesday, following their departure from the show.

Johnson, the 31-year-old dancing professional, praised Feldman for his “hard work” and the meaningful “life lessons and memories” they shared. In response, Feldman expressed his gratitude towards Johnson, describing her as an “absolute joy to work with.”

“I’m so sorry for any negativity stirred up by the media that misrepresents our time together as anything but enjoyable,” he commented.

“You know just as well as I do that I was committed seven days a week over these past three weeks, doing everything I could to perform my best, even if the judges didn’t notice,” he added. “God bless your family. Keep dancing the dream. .”

Upon his elimination from the show, Feldman openly admitted on air that Johnson “deserved better.”

“Jenna’s amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her,” he remarked. “I feel really awful because she deserved better, from my perspective.”

Before their elimination, Johnson’s brother-in-law and “DWTS” veteran, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, mentioned that Johnson was struggling to work with Feldman.

“Clearly, Jenna faces a tough challenge with Corey, which might seem straightforward from the outside, but I know she’s finding this whole experience quite taxing,” he shared with the Daily Mail.

When asked if Feldman’s age played a role, Chmerkovskiy suggested, “It’s likely a mix [of technique and work ethic]. Perhaps learning choreography isn’t his strongest suit.”

However, individuals close to the ’80s icon told Page Six that it was unfair to label him as lazy during rehearsals, noting that Feldman felt “quite defeated” after being eliminated just after the second episode.

A source close to Feldman highlighted, “The most frustrating part is the narrative that he didn’t commit and that he and Jenna didn’t get along. Corey was there every day, working extremely hard.”

Additionally, it was mentioned that Feldman was preoccupied by recent developments involving Charlie Sheen and his new Netflix documentary series, “aka Charlie Sheen.”

Feldman had previously accused Sheen of sexually assaulting his best friend, the late actor Corey Haim, an allegation Sheen strongly denied in the documentary.

“I should have taken legal action against Feldman, but I didn’t want to give that clown any more attention,” Sheen stated.
