Shania Twain Wants to Work with Niall Horan – Laura Klonowski

We may very well have one of the biggest collaborations the world has ever seen happening very, very soon.
Comeback Queen Shania Twain has just returned to the music scene with her first single in six years: ‘Life’s About To Get Good’. And the 51-year-old is also gearing  up for the release of her first studio album in fifteen years with her ‘NOW’ LP which will be released on September 29th.
But while her new record features no collaborations or co-writers, her next album which she has already started working on and is due for release in late 2018 to early 2019 is set to feature a number of collabs with major artists including the likes of Taylor Swift and Kelsea Ballerini. But the most exciting possible feature artist has to be One Direction’s Niall Horan.
The mega stars met during a studio session last year where Twain was mixing ‘NOW’, and Horan was laying down strings for his upcoming debut solo LP, the pair instantly hit it off and played each other a number of songs off their respective albums. At the time no writing or recording took place but they do share the same producer for their LPs.
And in a recent interview Shania Twain confirmed that she’d be very interested in working with the former boyband star who since going solo has taken the country/folk root. The country legend spoke highly of Niall Horan, saying she likes his stuff and that she would like to collaborate with him “soon”. Stating: “I’d like to make that happen”
We here at Belles and Gals are very excited about Shania Twain’s upcoming collabs and can’t wait for ‘NOW’ to drop.
