Busy Philipps cherishes her 25-year-long friendship with Michelle Williams.

“At this point, we profoundly understand and connect with each other,” the “Girls5eva” actress shared with Page Six in a recent exclusive interview.

Philipps reflects on their journey together, highlighting how they’ve supported each other through the highest highs and the lowest lows of life. She says they’ve experienced moments so challenging they felt they might not overcome them.

“Having such a friend is a true blessing. That’s really the best thing you can wish for in life,” she adds.

Now 45, Philipps first met Williams, 44, on the set of the hit ‘90s and early ‘00s show “Dawson’s Creek,” and they’ve been inseparable ever since.

Philipps often accompanies Williams, an Oscar nominee, to various industry events as her plus-one.

Williams finds comfort in her friend’s presence at these gatherings. “It can be quite overwhelming to walk the red carpet, but then I see her, and I know no matter what, we’re going to enjoy ourselves and share a lot of laughs,” Williams explained during the 2022 Gotham Awards.

Long before they became staples at celebrity events, Philipps got her start working as a hostess at California Pizza Kitchen at 15, continuing until she landed her breakout role in “Freaks and Geeks.”

The former host of “Busy Tonight” reminisces about never tiring of the restaurant’s menu, even when commuting to the “Dawson’s Creek” set in North Carolina. “There was a CPK at the Charlotte airport, and I’d often grab a BBQ chicken pizza during my layover,” she recalls to Page Six. “Then, I’d pick up two Thai crunch salads to take to Wilmington for Michelle and me to enjoy the next day.”

Philipps was thrilled when she recently received an offer to collaborate with CPK for its 40th anniversary. Laughing, she tells Page Six, “The ad agency was surprised I remembered the founders’ names without hesitation. I told them, ‘Guys, I worked there for years!'”
