Christina Hall recently sought style advice from her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa’s new wife, Heather Rae Young, for a glamorous date night ensemble.

The “Flip or Flop” celebrity picked a striking red lace gown for an evening out with her new beau, Christopher Larocca, at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, last Thursday.

“Thanks for lending me the gorgeous dress @theheatherraeelmoussa,” Hall, aged 41, expressed her gratitude on her Instagram Story, showcasing the semi-sheer outfit lent by Young.

Perfectly Coordinated Couple

Larocca complemented her perfectly by donning a red tie with a sleek all-black suit. Hall shared additional snapshots from the night featuring other couples, as well as motivational speaker Tony Robbins and actor Russell Brand.

Devotees of the El Moussa clan might recall seeing the dress before. Young, a star of “Selling Sunset,” debuted the fiery ensemble during a Christmas event, where she famously shut down critics of the outfit.

In response to a negative comment about the see-through dress being “not appropriate” for a mother, Young retorted, “So because I’m a mother I can’t wear a pretty dress that makes me feel beautiful? What does that have to do with anything? I am still a human and my name is Heather; I’m not just a mother. Choose joy.”

She continued, “Comments like this make me laugh. I don’t even get offended anymore by the rudeness of others. I choose to spread joy not hate.”

Family Ties and New Ventures

Young and El Moussa have a two-year-old son together named Tristan. Additionally, the HGTV host has two other children—Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9—with Hall, to whom he was married from May 2009 until January 2018.

Although the relationship between Tarek’s current and former spouse has experienced ups and downs, they currently appear to be in a strong friendly phase. In fact, the trio is collaborating on a new television show titled “The Flip Off,” where they will compete in home renovation challenges.
