Once again, Lady Gaga has captivated us with her transformative style.

Known for her ever-evolving fashion, the Grammy-winning artist masters the art of reinvention, adapting her onstage presence with each new musical chapter.

Recently, she posted pictures of herself arriving at the Grammy Museum for her Christmas Eve show titled “Lady Gaga in Harlequin Live: One Night Only.”

Her outfit was a dreamy, spectral ensemble consisting of a Vettesse-designed corset dress with subtly puffed sleeves, an asymmetrical bustled skirt, and a daring backless design that showcased her tattoos.

Completing her outfit were black knee-high boots, peeking out on her left with a skirt hem that cascaded lower on her right.

Gaga opted for minimal makeup, choosing only a vibrant peach lipstick to highlight her features.

Her platinum blonde hair, loosely waved and parted to the side, complemented the pale tone of her gown. In a striking choice, she bleached her eyebrows to match, intensifying her gaze.

Always one to surprise with her hair color, Gaga was seen sporting jet black hair in Paris just last month, making this pale blonde a fresh and startling change.

The artist, now 39, graces the December 2025 cover of “Rolling Stone” Magazine. In her interview, she revealed that she filmed “A Star Is Born” in 2018 while being treated with lithium.

She opened up about her struggles post-filming, sharing, “There was a day I ended up in the hospital needing psychiatric care. I had to take a break. I just couldn’t manage anything… I had hit rock bottom. It was terrifying.”

Following the article’s publication, Gaga took to Instagram to post photos from the magazine feature and detailed her thoughts in a lengthy caption about her newest album, “Mayhem.”

“MAYHEM is born from my personal turmoil—crafted from instinct, sometimes coherent and other times fragmented, but always with the aim to strengthen my voice as an artist,” she explained.

She added, “I often describe MAYHEM as a series of gothic dreams, and in some ways, Lady Gaga was my initial one. She represents the real human expression within me.”

In a candid conversation with Stephen Colbert, Gaga was asked a hypothetical question: “Imagine someone wakes you in the middle of the night, slaps you, and demands to know your name, what would you say?”

Without hesitation, she responded, “Stefani.”

When Colbert probed whether there was a distinction between Stefani and Lady Gaga, she acknowledged, “Well… yes, sort of, yes… I would say that I… Stefani is… is the person, the artist, the creator. And Lady Gaga is the persona I’ve created.”
